“I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question ”

“Nice continental breakfast ”

“The air did not work in our room. Staff had to bring up a fan. My kids were sweating and the humidity caused my son’s asthma to flar. We had to leave the room during the day because it was too hot. I reported this to staff. ”

“Roaches”

“Staff was excellent and the property was clean, well equipped.”

“The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!”
