Hotel a Northwest Omaha

“Problem checking in with the credit card - spent waay to much time staff figuring out the computer problem.”

“To start, the host was rude and acted like he didn't care about 3 groups of people checking in. He did not say hello or thank you to any of us. We checked in at 3:00pm and the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. After inspecting our room, there was a huge yellow stain on the sheet. I found the housekeeper and got a new sheet, but got a queen size instead of a king. The hot tub in the room was cracked all around top and bottom, so we did not get to...

“Doors didn't work. Our ice bucket had a cigarette butt in it. Breakfast was some link sausage, hot hard boiled eggs (in shell) & French fries (yes actually French fries)”

“Wendy at the front desk was very kind. She was the best thing at this hotel. Unfortunately we had to cancel and go to another location. Our room had holes in the wall, toothpaste stains on the carpet the sheets were unclean the toilet was clogged the elevator was not working as well as the handrails in the elevator were broken and very creepy people outside the front smoking marijuana.
