“The room was clean, the property was clean, easy smooth check-in. I gave the staff a lower rating for a few different reasons. When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. Didn't get a greeting, until he got up to check us in. And twice I went to the desk (during the night) and there was no one there, waited and waited and nothing. “staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen.”

“Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake.”

“When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. “Nice place”

“Carpet in our room needed to be professionally shampooed. Soles of our white socks became dirty just walking on the carpet for a few minutes.”

“The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. ”

“The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.”

“Greeted at front desk as I walked in for check in. Staff are friendly and helpful and the lobby is a great spot for getting together with a small group in the evening to catch up. Breakfast options provided were typically for continental breakfast. Overall a great location and would stay here again.”

“This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in for a long time!! We were so impressed that I joined Marriot Club!🌞 The room was spacious and had a nice Small kitchen with a apartment size frig with ice maker. Beds are very comfortable even the fold out couch bed was good. Shower was very nice!! Breakfast was over the top!! Close walking distance to events, restaurants, bars, and other activities!! Will definitely stay there again if in Omaha!!🌞🌞 ”
