“Just the room smell rare as soon you open the door”

“Definitely NOT a real Wyndam property. Parking lines in lot faded – hard to tell where the spaces are. Random trash around property never picked up while I was there (weekend stay). Arrived around noon. Was told early check-ins were not available, even though it did not look like there was very much occupancy the night prior. Came back at check-in time, FD was still not sure if there was a room available and ready. Did get a room – housekeeping had just finished when I got there. Was the only...

“Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”

“The pool is much smaller than pictures visualize. Staff was poliet. Our room was disgusting. Someone's sock was on the floor from previous visitors. Also alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Our phone wasn't even connected to the wall and there was no wires to plug it in. That is a security issue. Thankfully we had an attached room with family so we were able to use theres to call the front desk when someone decided to bang on our door at almost midnight. Definitely wouldn't book there again. “DO NOT STAY HERE BROKEN WINDOWS IN THE PARKING LOT! TOLD THE FRONT DESK HER RESPONSE WAS WELL IT HAPPENS FROM TIME TO TIME. THE FLOORS ARE CHEAP, ELEVATORS BANGED UP, THEY HAVE A BAR WITH RANDOM STRANGERS WALKING IN AND OUT ITS NOT A SAFE LOCATION. I DID NOT STAY THERE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BASED ON SAFETY!”

“The room was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They were very polite and helpful. The only thing is, the bathrooms could be cleaner.”
