“Couldn’t get it to stay cool enough for me, but I like it cold”

“Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty.”

“Upon arrival to check in, we waited 16 minutes before anybody came to the desk. We called the hotel (3 times) hoping somebody would come to answer the phone, nobody came. Very noxious smell in lobby. Trying to cover up another strong smell in the property. Walls are beat up and scratched. Air conditioning worked well. Pushed out a terrible “dirty sock” smell however. Pink mold around drain the shower. Black mold / mildew in corner of shower. The bed was made nicely. Towels in bathroom folded,...

“Only good thing was that we got a refund. Carpet stained, bugs in the bathroom and a cockroach by the coffee maker. Do not recommend”

“I was in Omaha for a wedding. This was during the college World Series. The only room I can find for a decent price that was on one thing I liked about it, but I didn’t like about it with it. It’s hard to reach, it wasn’t very clean. (there was something spilled on the floor in the elevator, and nobody had cleaned it up and it was very sticky.) and the rooms are old and they need updating.”

“Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. “Staff were not that friendly, breakfast just okay and they forgot to "refresh" our room so I had to ask for fresh towels and supplies.”

“Under new ownership, they are making improvements daily to bring the property back to its glory days. For me it was good, I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Very budget friendly and that is what you can expect”

“We were in town for the college World Series and this was one of the cheapest places to stay ($180/night vs. $900/night). It’s a place where construction crews and other laborers stay for extended work jobs. It’s not for families with kids. There are people here who a permanent residents. That said, the rooms were clean but had no amenities. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
