“I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills in Omaha, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish—largely thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set a welcoming, professional tone. Check-in was fast and seamless, and they greeted every guest with genuine warmth. “Property was under renovation and still being converted from an old Super 8 property. Handicap accessibility is extremely poor. Doors are heavy and narrow and difficult to open while seated in a motorized scooter. Handicap ramp is too narrow and difficult to maneuver around its turns. Mattress was soft und poorly supportive. Location is also poor and difficult to access via service road.”

“Good customer service”
