“The front desk people for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Lots checked in at once and the guy was calm and nice. The place was clean in every area and no complaint but our air conditioner had an issue. Not a big deal for us, but they were great in asking if we had any issues and will llook into it. Breakfast room nice and clean and nice variety of options. Very nice shower. Outside property nice and clean and kept up. Will definitely stay again.”

“I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. “The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“Room temperature was erratic. Bed very uncomfortable. No body soap in shower — completely empty.”

“The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down.”

“Extremely noisy. You could see through the door of the room to the hallway. I have never seen a hotel room with so little furniture — bed and a chair. Unpleasant staff trying to check me in under someone else’s reservation as she looked at my license. When asking a question the staff member acted like it was a bother. Worst hotel stay ever.”

“Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive.”
