Hotel vicino a Westroads Mall - Omaha

“Breakfast buffet was nice. Beds were meh. Wayyyyy to soft no support. Elevator didn't open all the way so that was kind of weird. Door opened very slow and you had to open it by hand once it hit the halfway point. Staff was very friendly. Great spot. Cheap price what else do you expect I guess. Breakfast buffet was very good. ”

“Hot water hardly works. They wont let you take the breakfast up to your room. No ice buckets in the rooms. The tables in the room were sticky. The breakfast selection was poor ”

“Beetle in the bathtub, thread bare furniture, dried ketchup on both tables and dresser, delayed check in due to sleeping staff, breakfast only waffles and dry cereal. Carpet out is date in 1990. Overall smell of pot. Room and facility falling apart. Even a broken phone.”

“Our hallway needed to be vacuumed. There had been snow an ice was put down so i get it. I would expect during winter weather there be vacuuming daily. ”

“Very clean, business class hotel. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. Bar in lobby and close to a trendy neighborhood with many shops and dining options. ”
