“Shower had no anti-skid material in the tub. I slipped and was thrown out of the shower, hitting the toilet and the door. Luckily I escaped with a couple of scrapes.”

“Had a very nice stay. Staff were great and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there again.”

“I travel a lot for my business. By far the free breakfast at this Choice hotel was among the worst I have ever experienced. There was limited fresh fruit. Limited fruit juices available and pastries were dry and days old. Frankly, I have had better food at the convenience store across the parking lot from the hotel. So if breakfast is important to you, don’t waste your time or money staying here. The staff was super nice and the property seemed to be newer or recently updated.”

No body or hand soap in bathroom upon arrival Also., I suggest getting rid of the nasty old charcoal since it hasn’t been cleaned out years If you provide a grill provide the utensils to clean it snd a burger flipper. Most Traveling people don’t carry these items We bought burgers to grill out on the 4th and later discovered no utensils and it was full of old gross leftovers”

“We spent 2 nights at the Grand Island Surestay in July and have nothing bad to say about the establishment. During our check-in, the manager noted my mother’s senior age and use of cane and immediately pointed out that our 2nd floor room would be difficult for her to reach as there is no elevator on site. She then immediately switched our room to the first floor. We truly appreciated Bonny’s proactive approach and flexibility immensely. We had a standard room w 2 queen beds which was very clean...

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.”

“The hotel restaurant was great. Food and drink was excellent. I loved the atrium and the pool area. Only problem was the loud rude group of men in the jacuzzi. Room very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to families.”
