“The property is "pet friendly" according to the front desk clerk, but I didn't expect the room to smell like dogs/cats/whatever. It was a very strong odor and I considered leaving and going somewhere else but we were in the middle of a thunderstorm. The bathroom was clean and the bedding appeared to be clean but the floor was sticky and needed a good scrubbing.”

“The property is very clean. The room we had was very clean and a lot of room which was great for being there for 7 days for a livestock show. Laundry facility was clean and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Very quiet at night. The only issue we had was the amount of parking which was very tight with lots of trucks, a couple small buses there a couple of nights. Only a mile from the fairgrounds which was great.”
