“Terrible tenia mi reservacion pagada llegando al lugar me dijieron que mi resrvacion no estaba les mostre mis confirmaciones primero no sabian de quien era la unidad que me habian rentado no esncontraban ala persona encargada de esa unidad cuando me dieron el numero de contacto llame y me dijieron que esa unidad habia sido rentada dias antes de que llo la rentara entonces me dijieron que esa unidad se habia sobrevendido y no me solucionaron nada!!!! “Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. I will never use Hosteeva again. They don't care, just...
