They were doing renovations, so it was noisy!

Beach was clean, compare to other resorts with private beach in miami!!! However we notice that all pool area were small for hotel quality 😉

I love staying at Hotel Greystone! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bar is a sexy atmosphere to enjoy a drink. I stay here every time I visit Miami.

We had an amazing experience even though most of the reviews are deceiving. On our way to the hotel we called to let them know we will be getting there a little later then expected and they were so understanding and helpful. Upon arriving the hotel smelled amazing and super clean, Richie was the one who help us check in and was so helpful and gave us lots of information. Getting to our room the ac wasn’t working having 2yr we asked for help and in 5min someone came to look at the ac and 10min we where in a better ocean view room with everything working. All workers were so nice and welcoming. The elevator does take a few to get down and up but I’m lazy I didn’t have a problem waiting. Overall for the price and location I give 10/10. Recommend 100

The aesthetic was beautiful and layout of the property was astonishing . The staff members were very welcoming .
