Reason given by staff that there was a lack of communication was when I reserved through Expedia my cell phone was not provided to them. Nice place. “The great advantage of this lodging is being right on the River and being able to enjoy the River Park, walkway, people, etc.”

“the towels were used and dirty, no kleenex, no body wash in dispenser, very little shampoo in dispenser, beer left in fridge, the wastebasket looked like someone threw up in it, the keycard from the previous guest was still in room making me wonder if it was cleaned at all. the property overall was unkempt and under renovation so check-in, out and breakfast was at neighboring lobby building.”

“The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and were polite. The breakfast was great, they had a good amount of variety from make your own waffles, to eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, 3 different cereals, bagels and oatmeal. Highly recommend it!”

“Room and hotel was very clean. Could use some updates but I'll take clean any day. The staff was very helpful and nice. Could use more variety for breakfast and healthy options but what they had did taste good. There is no elevator which is ok for us but can see it being a issue for others. Pool was warm but the jets on the hot tub were not working. Over all a good choice.”
