“The property was in bad shape and needs a lot of updates.”

“First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.”

“The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.”

“The people were tremendous. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better”

“GREAT STAFF! Smaller gathering space , breakfast area, or Lobby than most Residence Inns. Clean Rooms. Great area as can walk to the Empire Mall! Excellent restaurant a 1 minute walk called ROAM. GREAT LOCATION!”
