“Dalle foto sembra nuovo, ma la struttura é vecchia, carta da parati anni 60 anche rovinata. Un albergo 2 stelle non 4 stelle come descritto”

“La struttura ai trova in una zona tranquilla da dove si puo raggiungere in circa 40 minuti New York con la macchina . Il parcheggio è comodo e c'è sempre qualcuno in reception che gentilmente è li ad assisterti se necessario. Le condizioni generali dell'hotel non sono ovviamente eccelse,ma quando si cerca il risparmio ci si deve aspettare che non si spicchi nelle cose che normalmente rendono un soggiorno piu costoso. “Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. “Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. “I didn't like that the mattress was very old with springs and uncomfortable. The bed sheets looked worn out, rough, itchy and a stall smell on the sheets. Everything was very old. The only thing new and nice was the bathroom. I could hear the the other persons talk, sounds, doors, thin walls. I asked about the pool that its advertised, I was told that there hasn't been a pool for 3 years now. That they have not been able to take down the old ones.
