“Beautiful place to stay. The only thing is when you turn on the heat, you smell the dog and if you don’t like the dog smell, it’s your room gonna smell like a dog but overall everything was great.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Bathroom had zero privacy. I suggested they replace the sliding barn doors with something that closes completely and locks. Also, a fan in the bathroom would be nice.”

“Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)”

“Breakfast was fine. The area has good shopping. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. Our first room smelled of smoke. They happily gave us another room. There was an awful smell in the bathroom. ”

“Ci siamo fermati una notte di passaggio fra Niagara e Washington, l'albergo completamente rinnovato, camere comode e ben pulite e ottima colazione ben presentata. La posizione è perfetta vicinissima all'autostrada. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Lo consiglio ”

“Posizione ottima per chi è in viaggio e vuole riposarsi una notte senza fare grandi deviazioni. Motel semplice, camera spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia scarsa (meglio portarsi i propri asciugamani!) e colazione mediocre. Staff gentile e disponibile.”

“My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.”
