“I woke up at three am to water running into the room from a crack on the ceiling.
I had to go downstairs to reach an employee to switch to another room.
I was told that I would hear from management in the morning.
When checking out in the morning I was told the manager was unavailable and would contact me by phone.
I have heard from nobody.
I texted a request to speak with a manager and have received no response nearly a week after my stay.”

“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light.
