“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was great.”

“Staff tried to double charge us. Then was rude and adamant that this was their “policy”. They wouldn’t refund us the room. So we had to stay. But it was a fight to not get charged double. The manager finally came down and blamed it on their new system. Which ok fine, but I still wasn’t paying double for a room. We will never use this hotel again.”

“My room was clean and did not have any odor like some hotel do when you turn on the hvac unit. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was polite and helpful.”

“Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot.”

“A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Would happily return and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-staffed hotel.”

“It was very noisy in the hallways and from other rooms. Apparently there is very little insulation.”

“This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. When you walk into the lobby it had a horrible smell of chlorine from the pool, almost over powering. The pool was green with a foam floating on the top. Our room had a couch that was stained and ripped. Even though the room was listed as non-smoking, you could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke. If I booked longer than only two nights I would have made other plans.”
