“I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. “I had a very disappointing experience at Red Roof Inn Plus. Both the rooms was in an unacceptable condition when I checked in. It was visibly dirty, with dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it uncomfortable to stay. The bed linens did not appear fresh, and the room gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to guests. The bathroom was in even worse condition. The toilet flush was not working properly. Cleanliness is a basic expectation...

“Very few options go those that don’t eat meat. Oatmeal was thick and uninviting. They only put the coffee flavoring out after breakfast was over.. if you want to have some during breakfast you have to got to the front desk to ask.”

“My hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Monique, Keisha, and the gentleman who works at night (I cannot recall his name), all went above and beyond for us. They provided great customer service and were genuinely kind! The only negative feedback I have to share is the noise in the morning. Housekeeping made a lot of noise outside of my room each morning, making it difficult to sleep in. Other than that, everything was great.”
