“Bath tub stains, toilet had odor and hallway walls had repair work in progress. Pool inaccessible as well.
Breakfast was served from 6-9; I arrived at 7 to bacon so crispy it snapped and with only a few strips left. Potatoes undercooked and oversalted. Coffee that was lukewarm needed to nuke it in microwave right from dispenser. Certainly not like my Marriot chains but their availabity was full.”

“First we rented a roof that had a handicapped accessible restroom. When we arrived the room was unavailable they said bc of a water leak. So we were stuck in a room with a bathroom the size of a closet. Not wheelchair friendly at all. “My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.”
