“Corner suite with river view was awesome! There was a baseball game and you can see the stadium. Very happy with the stay would definitely come back! Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby.”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center.
Negatives:
1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles
2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately
3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question
Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”

“We have stayed at this property in several occasions and find it's proximity to the airport perfect.
The high cost ($ 40.00 overnight) of parking is ridiculous but I guess that is the cost of convenience.
Rooms have large TV's but with only a few hours to rest, we did not use them.
The property is rather expansive and for person with walking disabilities drgging suitcase on carpet for an extended length isn't ideal.
Excellent value for money on this stay. We have paid higher rates at different...

“Everything you might want in an overnight stay in an airport hotel. Clean, quiet, relaxing—a nice respite after a cancelled flight. They were having problems with the TV cable vendor when I was there, and if that’s the case for you, you can get a copy of the channels in person at the front desk.”
