Be one of the first to enjoy this NEW, beautifully decorated cottage with all the comforts of home. This house is perfect for wedding guests, a girls’ trip, or a family vacation. Located just .2 miles from the heart of Old Town Bluffton you are a quick walk to great dining, shopping (including art galleries, retail and farmer’s market), and night time entertainment. You are close to parks for time with the kids and a community dock is nearby where you can enjoy breath-taking sunsets! This home has 3 bedrooms and a “loft” area, with 5 beds and 2.5 bathrooms (toiletries provided). Board games, corn hole , the famous Golden Tee Arcade game, WIFI and Cable TV provide more fun for your crew. Concierge services available for rentals, tee times and other special occasion needs. Great location just 15 minutes to the closest beach and dozens of golf courses for the golfer in your group. 30 minutes to Harbor Town, 45 minutes to Savannah and Beaufort, and just 2.5 hours to Jacksonville.

A gem close to Old Town Bluffton
The property owner, Jessica, was very responsive to all questions that we had. When there was an issue with the stove that couldn't be resolved because of the holiday, Jessica bought an air fryer and had it delivered to the house! It's a great location. It's a short walk to old town with all the restaurants and shops. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic place!
The location is ideal for getting around Bluffton & Hilton Head, and the house itself is SO nice. It’s a great layout, you can really see the quality of the renovations, and it’s just a really comfy place for however long of a trip. I highly recommend!

Fabulous first stay in Old Town Bluffton
My family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, new home & walked to shops, restaurants, the wharf & waterside parks with no problems. Layout of the home was great for my 82 yr old mom, 14 year old daughter, my husband & me. Plenty of towels & toiletries for everyone. Reference the aforementioned 14 yr old daughter! Everyone had a great time. Very thoughtful note & welcome gift from the host were a lovely touch.
