“We loved our stay here. Lyndsay was very responsive and personable. We had the double with the en-suite bathroom. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The snacks were a great touch. We traveled from the US for the Liverpool/Spurs match that sealed LFC as the Premier League champions! There were celebration spots close by and it was wonderful that the Liverpool players’ bus passes close to the home on Anfield Road. We were right in the middle of everything. Loved it. Go LFC!!!❤️”

One employee, sorry...didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady who did both frontdesk and cleaning of rooms, really went the extra mile for me, sorting an iron at short notice, when all of them had been lent out. Il letto piccolo per due, non è un matrimoniale. Del tutto assenti le pulizie giornaliere. Zona accessibile solo con auto però con parcheggio gratis.”

“L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte.
La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno.
Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna...
