“Super nice staff, pool was supposed to be heated but was cold and the pool room was cold, other than that it was great, my boys loved playing basketball 🏀”

“Great location. Clean and comfortable. While there were lots of restuarants in the area, this would have been an excellent stay had there been room service or a full-sized restuarant with room service. I would stay here again.”

“My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it....

“The room was perfect. Location was central to shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and well kept. There was also some covered parking available.”

“The room was clean but there was a very strong marijuana odor outside the rooms. Also, the front desk called the room to, very rudely, tell us only two people were allowed in the room. We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. ”

“Our room was close to the street - it was very loud traffic. The place need some remodeling done. A few things broken, many old, outdated things. No fan in a bathroom - the humidity makes everything wet after shower, etc. The stuff was nice. Breakfast - excellent. ”
