“I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! ”

“Before I start this review I would like to give a very special shout out to Eddie the staff member at this location. If it wasn't for him my score would have been lower. He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. “Hotel is preaching decent in the inside of the rooms. Felt unsafe on the outside but is well know that this area of Charlotte is not the safest. ”
