Overall not bad
Honestly, I went back and forth on how I should rate and review my experience. Overall it wasn't horrible. My husband and I booked this place last week and was unable to stay the whole time due to weather (which is no one's fault). The place was okay... when we were on our way we were informed that the thermostat was not working but there were heaters available to keep us warm. We got there and the place was clean, but hardly any lights worked... the switches were weird and sometimes turned lights on and other times didn't. We did contact the property manager about the problems and he was very kind and helpful. Overall, it was not a bad place. I just don't think I would stay there again.

Really have nothing bad to say, or negative. We wish the fireplace worked (says it’s inoperable) but other than that, really cute place in Breckenridge. Close proximity to so many places.

Comfortably Condo Convenient to Breckenridge/Frisco
We have been staying at Hightland Greens for decades. We love the convenient location between Breckenridge & Frisco and the radiant heat. This unit was clean, comfortable and quiet and a nice place to return to after a hard day of skiing. The owner/rep contacted us first to let us know that the unit was available earlier than the 4pm checkin. Tyson was easy to reach with questions about the complex and the area. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We stayed a long weekend, we found the place to be clean and the management company was very quick to respond to questions/concerns. I will note for future stays be aware the TV is very small and the furniture isn't very comfortable. The place is well kept with lots of extra things on site (phone chargers, fans, etc) that are useful but the place is worn (carpet, bedding, etc). The view isn't as good as the pictures lead you to believe. It was right for the price but we went in the off season so I share this honest review so others are aware.

Was a great summer stay
Really enjoyed the location and Breckenridge during the summer. The location was nice being a short drive to town. We spent our days hiking and in town and it was nice to come back and rest.

Cozy and centrally located.
My wife and I had a great stay here for a summer getaway. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and easy access. Nice location for visiting Breck, Keystone and other scenic areas. We would gladly stay here again.

I thought the property was cute. I also thought the bed in bedroom was a king size. Was disappointed it wasn't. I have a handicap child and there was limited handicap parking. It was always full when we arrived and it was hard to move her though the parking lot. The inside of the complex had a strong odor of paint thinner. We had to use an air mattress which gave us very limited space to hang out. When I went to bathe my daughter the tub had dirty water in it. At that point we decided to cut the trip short. We left a day early. I felt the condo was nice, and the owner as well. This particular property did not meet the needs for my family who has more health compromised needs.

Joy, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We’ve confirmed that we do list a queen-size bed, along with a queen-sized pullout couch in the description. As we found the pullout couch had recently been broken we provided a queen air mattress to remedy the situation and can confirm a new couch has since been replaced -We do provide guests with detailed check-in instructions regarding parking and sincerely apologize that handicapped access was not available throughout your stay. We recognized the impact this had on your experience and hope the partial refund provided helped make things right -Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. There is a calcium deposit on the tub but there are no issues with the sanitary condition We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Perfect location for our trip. Able to commute easily to the town of Breck and great launching spot for hiking outdoors. The place was just as listed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed and I would recommend to stay.

Excellent place for a getaway
The condo was perfect for me as I took my first vacation since 2018. It was outside downtown Breckenridge, which made for a quiet, peaceful stay. Everything I needed was provided and very clean. Communication with Tyson was simple and quick. I was able to check-in early as Tyson sent a text saying all was ready when I arrived. Highly recommend for single travelers or a couple would be comfy here as well.

Amazing
Manager was amazing and the property was clean. He let us check in early and we had lots of extras for cooking in the condo. Amenities are closed due to the pandemic but it was awesome being 4 miles outside of town. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful stay!
We loved everything about our stay in this lovely condo! The Highlands is the perfect location - close to both downtown Frisco and Breckenridge, with lots of hiking trails nearby too. The condo was spotless and had every convenience, a comfy bed, and a well stocked kitchen. We especially loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The owner/host was amazing! I left a few personal items behind and he was quick to contact me to make arrangements to get them back to me - really can't thank him enough for that!! It was truly one of the best stays we have had in Breckenridge.

My husband and I went for a quick getaway and were so pleased with our stay. It can be very challenging to find wheelchair friendly places to stay but this was it! The bathroom doorway was plenty wide enough as was the bathroom itself. The bed was a great height so he could get in and out easily. There were no steps to get in and out of the building and plenty of accessible parking. The location was also great. It’s located directly between Breck and Frisco so it made going anywhere quick and easy to do. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying in this area as well as using VRBO but it was a fantastic experience! The unit is exactly as pictured and described and the location was excellent for where we wanted to be. Quiet, established condo community. This unit is a garden unit so you do have to go down one flight of stairs or use an elevator. Very secure, with a code to enter the main building as well as a code to enter the unit. The furnishings were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was very communicative on our arrival date and allowed us to go in early. We would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite place to stay every year!
Easy check-in. Wonderful place overall. We appreciate the amenities provided. Hoping the unit manager will continue to upgrade the unit over time. The property as a whole needs some much-needed upgrades. Fix the second hot tub and clear out the incredibly crowded workout room and replace with a couple universal machines.

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay while in Breckenridge for a friend’s wedding. The property was close to shopping, hiking, and golfing. Tyson was easy to communicate with, and even let us check in early to drop our luggage off! I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for a weekend get away skiing
Condo was very clean and has everything you need for a weekend (or longer) of sking. The central hot tub is steps away from this unit and feels like its your own. The storage closet for all your gear is huge help as well. The best part about this unit is that their is a mens and womens restroom right across the hall which were very clean and has a shower. So this unit is almost like having a 1 bedroom 3 bath condo. This was very helpful when four people need to shower and get ready to hit the slops in the morning. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone and we will be back next year.

Modern, clean, well stocked condo just north of Breckenridge. Large ski storage closet. Fast Wifi. Easy parking. Two great hot tubs right out patio door. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, a few min away from the slopes
We really enjoyed the place - it had everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen. Sauna right down the hallway in the building was a huge benefit after a day on the slopes! It was really nice to find all the little extras in the kitchen so we didnt have to drive to a store for teas, spices, and other small things! Tyson was very responsive when we had a question about internet connection. We found location to be excellent and would definitely stay there again.
