“Clean room staff”

“Front desk gentleman was great! Wonderful breakfast!!”

“Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge”

“Nothing for cooking or to eat off of. ”

“Hotel is a little run down. There’s a noticeable smell. ”

“Rooms clean but older furnishings and sufficient paint coats and color needed. The breakfast was not ready at 0630. Coffee had only a few cups available, the waffle mix at the bottom and hadn't been refilled. ”

“Didn’t clean rooms. No new towels and didn’t empty trash. Couldn’t swim cause particles from metal ceiling were falling in pool”

“Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable.”

“The door lock was broken. Some of the lamp on and off switches would not turn. I had to unplug the lamps to shut them off. Room was very clean and air conditioning and hot water were great. There were some very loud guest that woke me up at midnight and made a lot of noise for a couple hours. Kids yelling and parents yelling. Sounded like they were right next to my room and out in the hall. This was not the fault of the facility, but it kind of ruined my stay.”
