“This is a basement of a house. You share a joined entrance. Host was there when we arrived and showed us our space. Then we didn't see host again (no need to). Space was cool (which was nice on a super hot day!). In a quiet neighborhood setting. All was as described. A good space & nice for a night's rest.”

“I have stayed at this location a number of weeks and it is truly an outstanding home. Very clean, very modern and a perfect location. I will always make this home my preferred place to stay if possible when visiting Sioiux Falls. Kari is extremely responsive and welcoming!”

“This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)”

“The one thing that raised a concern was what to do before leaving. According to vrbo and Expedia there were 4 things. The book in the house had check out with clearer steps and what to doos”

“This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!”
