“The room was very clean and smelled nice. Staff was kind and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and they loved her. We have stayed here a number of times during travel and it is a favorite for us.”

“well, when i went to check in - i had to pay 2 $30 incidental fees for the two rooms i had booked which is no big deal - but in getting the money back - that has been a whole different situation. i've received 1 of the $30 payments - but not the other. ive been emailing back and forth with the GM i'm assuming - and then all of a sudden she's quit emailing me after she's said she'd figure out what was going on - nothing. no responses - i've emailed her twice since then. the public bathroom by the...

“I have stayed at this property before and had been very impressed with its cleanliness and attention to detail, so I chose to stay here again a year later. Unfortunately, this time the quality had dropped a bit. The room was fairly clean but the sheets and towels had some stains on them, which is a total turnoff for me. I was given some new towels but was disappointed that overall the property had taken a decline in it’s quality and cleanliness!”
