Sorry about your experience we tried to contact you but due to lack of signal no response I had left my son to greet you he was their from approx 4pm he is 18 years of age But you did not stay because shared bathroom you clearly made that clear We have clearly stated 2 bedrooms and a bathroom shared Kitchenette is not in the hallway but next to the garage which we have created for the convenience of guests if they wish to cook But also In the hallway is a table with microwave and kettle tea coffee cups for the convenience so guests do not have go to the Kitchenette outside next to the garage to make a cuppa Please note you said you could not get in touch till 7pm but you say you were met by young boy at 530pm you are contradicting yourself Sorry but I am not quite understanding your double talk

Sorry the way you feel You thought you had booked 2 bedrooms but realised you had not I give you second room free of charge 'first 2 days you were happy But then when you realised that someone else had booked the next room You did not want to share the bathroom Regarding swimming pool washing machine that was error I accept and rectified In return you got bedroom 3 nights free and you were happy that you not have to pay due to the error in description on the booking site Now really I am not happy with your behaviour its Out of order
