“Room was clean and staff was friendly.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Location and property were great. Walking distance to Stampede grounds and Stephan Ave. Room was fantastic . An outside space would be nice if you are staying a while. There is a spot but it’s not that great as it’s in the alley and there was caution tape around much of the space. We would stay again but fair warning to people. The homeless population is very significant around this hotel. If you don’t like seeing people OD on the sidewalk this is not the place for you. They were harmless but it...
