“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The room & view was impressive, I belive I upgraded this and it was worth it. Mattress, bedsheets & pillows - notably fantastic. So much so that this many days after and I can still remember them. I've thought about buying the same for my house. Breakfast eating area was a little tight, but ok. I actually thought I would be worried about the car surface parking safety. I was pleasantly surprised coming late at night. Bit of stigma for the area, but it was bright, people still out, and no...
