“It was okay! Staff was friendly, room was decent, and portable ac unit. There was some duct tape hold something together that made me laugh but it was a 7/10 stay!”

“Bathroom was not clean, pink mold in shower corner indicated it had not been sanitized in quite some time. Soap scum could be scraped off by your fingernail. There was a pile of dirt/dust and hair on the floor at the corners of the bathtub. There were toothpaste spatters on the dark cabinets. The shower curtain rods were rusted through and rust stains were rubbing off onto the fabric on the shower curtain. Visible dust accumulated in the cabinets. “Clean rooms, small, slow elevator but stairs easily accessible. Parking lot is not big and hard to manage a truck in, especially when guests park in no parking spots due to lack of parking. Annabelle and the man at the breakfast buffet were awesome and attentive!! Other guests need to not be so rude and demanding as they are doing their best to keep it stocked in a small area and busy with guests!! Front desk was very polite and helpful!!”

“Beautiful restored building. We stayed in the Queen Elizabeth II Suite, which was beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable bed and big claw footed tub in the bathroom.”
