“Everything was great except the food in the casino. The food in the casino was really, really not good. Hotel was fantastic though.”

“Pool was being renovated. My room was hot and humid. Clearly an hvac issue throughout. Managers didn’t have empathy for the issue. Staff was more important than the guests with elevators etc..”

“The location was great, as we were just passing through Calgary. The lobby was under construction and the pool was closed due to maintenance. The rooms were clean, and the desk staff were pleasant and gave us an upgraded room. Overall the stay was positive”

“Everything about the place was great. The only problem was the air conditioning and the spider situation. The air conditioning was very cold and I couldn’t control it from the basement. There were a lot of bugs and spiders.”
