“There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. The sink faucet leaked unless in a specific position not only shut off but turned to the side. The bath faucet started leaking, too, after my last shower. The sheets had a stain and a couple small tears. The room air was dusty. The replacement bathmat towel was unraveling. “I was in Calgary on business and the hotel allowed me to be in proximity to the things I needed for business and out of the core, near several restaurants after working hours. The room was clean, though the cleaning was sort of hit and miss. I did do some work from my room which may be why they never stopped by.
