“Bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. Had to rinse my feet off after I got out of the shower the dirty chair next to the bed not very impressed won't be back.”

But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it.
