Hotel a Four Range

“The room was ok. It was a little dated but for the price it worked.”

“Food was a minus! No Hot Water and staff stated the lady owner has been told repeatedly the hot water tank isn’t working and she refuses to do anything about it. We should have been advised when we checked in as we both needed showers before the graduation party that afternoon. Carpet filthy totally BAD experience. Never again it’s a bad experience for a Expedia sponsored company ”

“The staff would t do anything about the barking dog in the room next to us. He barked for 3 hours straight. When I asked chuck the front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do even though the pet policy was displayed right behind him that stated otherwise. Super unhelpful and grumpy ”

“Appartamento spazioso ed accogliente, perfettamente attrezzato e confortevole. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornare in un ambiente ben arredato e pulito alla perfezione.”

“When I arrived, even though I had a reservation confirmation on my phone, there was no room for me. The desk clerk said I did not have a reservation in their system. My email from Expedia told me that I did, and I showed it to the clerk, but it made no difference. I was out in the cold without a room. I had to make other arrangements after driving 11 hours to get there.”

“The hotel was run down, not clean at all. The lobby was a few scattered couches and not much else. The carpets in the public areas were not vacuumed. Dust and dirt everywhere. The rooms were awful. Dirty, out dated, poorly lit and damaged furniture. There was no breakfast and the entire place smelled weirdly.”

“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“The shade would not function. The ceiling tiles were pulled back and 3 of them open. We tried to cool the room off and it was on air conditioning and set it 65 and it didn't get any cooler than 75. The bed was lumpy. Hard in spots and soft in areas. I was supposed to have king with sleeper sofa. No sofa! No information given at check-in. ”
