“The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I actually tried to sleep on the couch thinking it might be better and it was not. I should have tried the floor. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left after the first night. We checked in on a Friday and out on a Tuesday and the room was not cleaned one time. We asked them to come and clean it and the front desk said they will get to it. We ended up just going down and asking for new towels since they never gave us...

But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“My 5 star rating covers the obvious categories. I appreciated the heated pool/hot tub area. I'm here to take our grandchildren swimming. The breakfast was an additional consideration. I would suggest updating your website photos as the white exterior with blue trim is definitely a facelift. Signage from the interstate could be better. I followwd the hospital signage since my family steered me in that direction. ”

“Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter. Our room got way too hot and air conditioner was not working, the lady at the front dest diligently got us a new room at 10pm and was so kind about it! We greatly appreciated her kind efforts! ”

“It was a beautiful venue. Has no available breakfast without cost and charged me $40 for incidentals that I did not use.”

“Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. ”

“It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep. The staff we did meet were very friendly and it was clean. We enjoyed our free beverage on the patio at check in. We were disappointed that there was no food left but yogurt and apples in the morning, long before...
