“What I expected for the reasonable rate Just unfortunate no coffee in room A pot and cups were there but no coffee pods”

“Staff at onsite restaurant were fantastic. Loved the little snack goody bag the front desk provided, and tv comes with all the streaming apps to watch! Bathtub drain could use cleaned out...”

“Yes. Didn't need a/c - the heat worked fine, Love radiator heating system.”

“Room wasn't very clean. Walls are very thin. Shower didn't work correctly. Pillows might as well been packing peanuts. Check-in/check-out staff was not very friendly. Not too bad if your expectations are low”

“Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. ”

“When we got there, they told us that they did not have the room that we had booked, we had specifically asked for the room with the king size bed and a pull out couch and paid more for that room. The guy said that they did not have a room like that, if we had any issues to call Expedia. After 15 minutes he finally figured out that he did have a room like that. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out. The top blanket had old stains on it. The rooms have been updated but the cleanliness is...

“The driveway and parking lot were pot hole riddled. That was harsh. Breakfast was the standard breakfast. The coffee was hot, the food was good. There was also free coffee in the lobby to access at any time. That was great. The hotel is pet friendly. The room was good. Very clean. However, the only power outlet in the bathroom did not work. Had to dry my hair next to the window. The staff were very helpful and more than pleasant to speak with. ”

“Because of renovations at this property, the wonderful staff had moved us to their neighboring property…..no extra charge! We were not inconvenienced in anyway because of the very kind & friendly staff. We will be returning on our next visit to Sudbury!! Thank you 😁✌️”

“Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in.”

“Bring your own soap, shampoo. Parking is far if small parking lot is full. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable and quiet and the price was excellent.”

“There was construction going on on my floor. The entire floor smelled of industrial/construction glue which left me with a pounding headache. All of the floors made incredible amounts of noise. I could hear it as I walked down the hall and I could hear it from the floor above me. The room was clean but the bathtub had a stain on it that made me change my mind from a bath to a shower. The continental breakfast was served on styrofoam plates with plastic/wooden cutlery and included terrible coffee...
