“The room was good, we had 2 bedrooms with double beds, a private bathroom and a full size fridge with freezer, a kitchen sink and a microwave. Stoves were in a large kitchen with sinks but no pots, pans, dishes etc... needed to cook so you need to bring your own or buy from valve village or Walmart. Also didn't have enough bath towels for the 4 of us so we had to buy some. Another thing is all the signs there were in French since it is a French residential college dorm rooms. “The staff was absolutely amazing! However, the cleanliness of my room was less than to be desired. I found people's clothes, clothes tags still right beside my bed. There's bugs behind the bathroom door. Not to mention trying to flush the toilet. The toilet handle is beside the vanity and you can barely get your hand in there to flush the toilet. In fact my brother couldn't. I had to go and flush the toilet for him. The beds were comfortable I understand this is an older building and I have no...

“At the check-in, we were put in a third-party because they were helping people that booked through them not to you guys so we were kind of waiting extra half an hour just to check in because we did book with them”
