“A very welcoming and comfortable room which was easily accessible supported by an after hours lock box access to the room key. Bus transport was convenient and walking distance to shops. Room was clean and included complimentary coffee and milk. While I didn't drive, there was plenty of on site parking.”

Expect a comfortable bed, a quiet room with a pleasant outlook, a prisitine bathroom and a whisper-quiet aircon. Friendly staff on reception and check-in was quick. Free parking, and right next door to a hotel for drinks/dinner. Would definitely stay again.”

“This property is located in a largely residential area, with that in mind, The settlement was a fantastic property offering quality rooms in a location very close to a family gathering we were having.
The bistro attached to the hotel was lovely, meals were value for money and even has a kods play area.
The breakfast is a lovely edition to start your day off with something not to heavy. ”

“Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps.”
