“Colazione buona (ho provato solo avocado toast m ottimo). Letti grandi e molto comodi con scelta cuscini . Il bagno era abbastanza freddo perché trattandosi di un vecchio hotel non ci sono impianti di riscaldamento quindi doveva essere scaldato dall’aria del termoconvettore che però si trovava in camera.suggerrisco di aggiungere una stufetta portatile o un condizionatore aggiuntivo in camera ”

“Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything.”

“After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

“Good location. Surprised how much smaller it was than we anticipated. Had paid more for 'Grand Studio' but was very small and pokey. No room for suitcases etc. Didn't realise it was not a hotel with normal check-in routine until later in the booking and probably wouldn't do this again. Having to organise an exact time to check in, waiting out on the street before check in and and no-where to store luggage is not ideal.”

“I loved my stay, staff were very helpful property and area round the hotel was well maintained. I didn't eat in or use the facilities as I was visiting places I'd been to before. The area was close to the city centre so easy to reach by tram just close to hotel.”

“I have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and the Sofitel never fails to impress! Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well. As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room...
