“Musashino Bekkan is a truly amazing place! As soon as you walk in the front door, you know you’re going to have an authentic, Japanese experience. The lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and their shuttle was very convenient. Note that the area is stunning and very hilly- local restaurants etc close very early and/or have odd days they are open if you venture out. ”

“We had a great experience staying here. With breakfast and dinner are provided with kaiseki style, it was prepared properly and organized. Staff are kind and friendly. The room has tatami mats and very clean with outdoor bathtubs. Although the facility is kinda run down, we still enjoy our stay. The train station is just next to the hotel and bus stop is right outside the hotel. We will stay here again next time.”

“We had a great time staying here while exploring Hakone. This place is located close to bus routes that took us to and back from Gora, while being in a quiet street perfect for relaxing at night. The two attendants at the main counter were extremely helpful and nice, and tried their best to accommodate to our requests.”
