“Più che un ostello un hotel vero e proprio con tutti i servizi annessi. La nostra camera era spaziosa (considerando il Giappone) e con servizi. Onsen molto bello, inoltre è una struttura tattoo friendly! Colazione ottima, abbiamo anche cenato, cena ok. Posizione strategica ad 1 minuto (tramite sottopasso con una 15ina di gradini) dalla stazione di Gora.”

“Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. ”

“We had a disappointing stay overall. It was quite challenging to make a dinner reservation, and unfortunately, we regretted dining there. We were seated near families with young children, so the atmosphere was not as relaxing as we had hoped due to the constant noise and screaming. We would have appreciated being informed in advance that the dining area was very family-oriented so we could have decided whether it suited the experience we were looking for. “Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways. ”

“お部屋は清潔感がありインテリアが素敵で、スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で気持ちの良い宿泊ができました。 1番驚いたのは食事です。 見た目が綺麗で、旬の食材を楽しめてとても美味しかったです。 ペアリングはお茶のカクテルとワインをいただきました。 強羅駅のタクシー乗り場や、ホテルの周りはタクシーが捕まらないのでGOとUberアプリを利用しました。”

“We stayed at the Superior Twin Room with private bathroom. The view from that room was simply amazing. We really enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and common areas. The kitchen has utensils, coffee, tea and filtered hot and cold water. The common area also had a bunch of different books and games if you felt like having a relaxing day. The best part of this place is the Onsen. Also, there is a 7-11 within a 3 min walk. Overall, I highly recommend ”

“The photos do not do it justice. This house is immaculate! I love the smell of new construction. Every room was nicely done, super clean, full amenities, everything you'd need to be comfortable. An easy 8-10 min walk from the train station even with rolling our carry on luggage. The 7-11 store is about a 3 min walk. There are about 2-3 bus stops very close to the house depending on which route you're heading to. This was a good base to stay for the Hakone loop. We walked to the Open Air Museum...
