“Staff was friendly, and room was quite comfy. If you stay here, be aware of the proximity to local nightclubs, which can get rowdy. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.”

“Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit.”

“I have no issue with hotel rooms with run down, tacky furniture - especially when the price is right - but there is no excuse for the room being dirty. Although the hosts were friendly, they need to change how they clean. And if they can’t get the gross dirt off the cabinets and furniture - replace it! If we weren’t just using the room to sleep, I would have left and found a way to seek my money back from Expedia. At least sheets were fresh and soft. I just didn’t enjoy the feeling that I needed...

“The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately ”

“I booked a weekend away during playoffs, expecting to watch the games during the evening. Right after the property was fully paid I got a message that there would be no Internet at the property even though it was supposed to be provided. I contacted Expedia but got no where. BEWARE!!”
