“There was no breakfast. Dusting and sweeping floor in bathroom apparently not on the agenda Beds; mattress comfortable; scarcity of pillows and no support from them The staff were polite and friendly ”

“The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. ”

“The breakfast was good, service was quick. The only complaint was that when we asked if we needed reservations for supper they said no but did not mention the restaurant closed at 6. We went over at 7:30 pm then noticed the sign, there was nothing else open in the town unfortunately ”

“Overall I think everything was good. Fresh fruit options would be nice as an option at breakfast. There were unwrapped candies from the previous guests on the floor behind the door to our room. The front desk check-in was very efficient and friendly. Parking was convenient and safe. Great location for Fleming College and many conveniences close by. ”

“There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. ”

“The hotel is lovely- room was beautiful, well kept, spacious, and definitely a lovely place to stay! Easy access to the pub with great food below- for lunch and dinner. Only concern was the "openness" of the upstairs access to the hotel-- anyone is able to walk in the front door and held up the stairs with access to the rooms. ”

“Il y avait des coulisses dégoulinantes sur les murs. La prise de courant dans la salle de bain était défectueuse. Le robinet d’eau froide du lavabo dans la chambre était brisé et impossible de l’ouvrir. En soulevant le matelas, il y avait des taches suspectes sur les draps. La température était étouffante, et impossible de contrôler le thermostat. Il y avait un tas de neige dans l’espace de stationnement faisant en sorte que je ne pouvais même pas me stationner correctement. ”
