“Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Brand new mattresses on the beds. ”

“The place is very good although there is a little cigarette smell I imagine that some other people smoke inside the rooms but the place is incredible it is clean the people at the reception are nice they are very respectful and above all it is very safe the area I loved this place too”

“The full staff at the best western plus was amazing. They were very attentive and polite. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to making another trip to fully see the beautiful city and what they have to offer. The pool area was so great for kids and adults. ”

“Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel for this trip. There is a Tim Hortons conveniently located beside the hotel for breakfast.”

“I arrived late last night. The owners were so kind, they turned the heat on and made things very comfortable for when I arrived. The room is so clean it has a lovely wardrobe lots of drawers for clothes and beautiful white linens. Super clean! Way better than many holiday inn expresses that I have stayed in.”

“The room we stayed in had a leak in the window. It started raining shortly after we arrived and had to use most of the towels to soak up the water dripping in on the windowsill. Breakfast was ok.. could have a touch more variety. The beds were comfortable”

“The hallways smelled like they were damp and musty. The room walls are paper thin so if you want to hear your neighbours entire conversation then this is a great location. Staff was excellent. There was a cat convention (which we were unaware of prior to) and had to listen to cats meowing from our neighbour for HOURS! When I went to the front desk, they found us a new room for our other night. Even though the staff was great, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. ”

“They must have had carpet or something cleaned and it left a terrible odour in the room and kept us up all night. Should have asked for a room change but that was my fault. The s staff should have noticed it and the tv did not work at all . Give it a 3 out of 10”

“Classico motel in stile USA, camere ampie e pulite con bagno spazioso. Receptionist cortese ed ospitale. Colazione buona ed abbondante.”

“Very comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Older hotel but decent at an affordable price. We stayed on the second floor which is up a flight of stairs. Not an issue for us but request a ground floor room if stairs would be a problem. Attached restaurant was convenient for our evening meal. Basic breakfast was included.”

“Breakfast needs a change up. Maybe waffles one day, pancakes the next. Omelets one day and scrambled the next. Lobby TV would be nice. Overall a nice hotel. ”

“We use this hotel when the family needs a little break from the day to day and the kids would benefit from some pool time. Its located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Love the view of river which you can enjoy from the hotel and walking path. The pool area needs some tlc and you can tell the property has been here for a long time. With that said, our room has always been clean and the staff at the front desk are kind and helpful.”
