“This motel is in a very quiet area, and has a nice cozy cottage vibe to it with updated rooms. The front desk staff were very courteous. We felt very comfortable staying there. I highly recommend staying there and enjoying the surrounding businesses’ and environment.”

“Breakfast was mediocre and you can't take it back to your room even if there is no where to sit in their breakfast lobby they want you to eat while standing instead of going to your room. I didnt get my full deposit back and basically my kids said they felt they were being watched at all times and when my kid went for extra towels for the pool they only gave us 2 for a 4 people room and then accused him of adding soap to their jacuzzi when he hadnt even been out of our room. id never stay here...

“Super friendly staff! Rooms were very clean. The church bells nearby added to the experience. 7-11 in the parking lot was very convenient for coffee and snacks. Plus, I got to feed a hot dog to a raccoon!”

“This is one of the sketchiest hotels we’ve ever been to. We felt things were unsafe from the very beginning, from the general vibe of things. After we checked in we witnessed a drug deal. We kept smelling smoke the whole night. The rooms are extremely hot and it’s only March. I’ll now describe the rest of the night. “The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “Our stay was okay, did not like seeing homeless people by the front entrance.”

“Place seemed clean, but stained sheets. They had started sugar and creamer, but not starter coffee pods. Has a microwave, but no napkins or paper towels available. Place is named "Hotel Avenida" but it's not a hotel, it's a motel with room doors opening to outside not hallways. This would all be fine but don't pretend to be something you're not.”
