“Parking was safe. Grounds are well kept. Rooms were immaculate. We arrive an hour early and they were able to accommodate us.”

“Staff was super polite. The front desk lady in the morning was so helpful and voluntarily made pancakes for anyone who wanted them if she had nothing else going on. Super clean, comfortable bed, overall great stay!”

“The hotel location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a very nice size (Superior, 1 Queen with fireplace, non-smoking) Nice amenities, unfortunately, I had trouble charging my phone since both outlets were loose. There were plenty on towels in my room and additional sundries, fire logs were available at front desk but NO daily cleaning in room. Yes, I would stay again.”

“The carpet needs to be removed, it’s old and dirty, the couch needs to be cleaned or removed, everything else excellent.”

“U was on the 1st floor. The windows had some curtains that were mostly fake - could not shut them at all. The light from the outside was pouring in and perhaps if anyone walked by could hav seen me”

“Mysterious purple stain on our bedsheets upon arrival & a hole kicked into our restroom door. Our nextdoor neighbor has been checked into the hotel for more than 500 days and was screaming throughout the day and night. We did notify staff but they did not move our room or give us any compensation for the disturbance during our stay.”

“I tried to check in early after a long drive; I called twice and visited in person once, but the staff member was not at all helpful in trying to get us a room—even though it was already 1:00 PM when I made my last call to inquire. I ended up having to go to another hotel. I will not return to this hotel, nor to any other La Quinta property.”
