we originally had an ADA room which was large and had a chair height toilet which was appreciated. however the air conditioner was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk or hear the TV. went to the front desk and she said there were no more ADA rooms or rooms with king beds and gave me a key to check out A/C in another room. The a/c was quiet in that room the room had 2 queen beds, one of which made a creaky sound when you got on it. It was the mattress since it was on a platform. the mattress wasn't that comfortable but the pillows were amazing, like putting your head on a cloud.
The room was nice but little things were annoying. The TV had icons for all channels such as NETFLIX, PRIME, DISNEY etc. but the remote didn't work any of those. Called the desk and was told you had to log in if you had those at home. to get the channels available you had to click on the guide button. There were only about 10 channels available.
Then our tissue box which they pull out about 3 tissues to make it look like a flower (I guess), was empty after using those 3 tissues. Had to call the desk again. She said we could come and get another box of tissue but she couldn't leave the desk as she was the only one there. When we went to get the tissue box she wasn't there but had left a box of tissue. these may seem like nit picking but they were things that were annoying when trying to get settled and relax.
