“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Ayres and both times it has been EXCELLENT!!! The rooms are clean and well-kept. Nothing is broken. The staff is very friendly. When you need something, they are very quick to get it to you (extra towels, blankets, etc.). The pool is warmer than you would expect of an outdoor pool. The breakfast is a good variety. “The entire stay was amazing! Clean rooms, kind staff, and the hot breakfast daily was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for anything better when going to the area. It’s also a fair distance from Big Bear Lake which is why we stayed in the area! The hotel is also a very short walk away from so many different things, shops, stores, you name it! I will definitely be returning to this hotel if I go back to this area, worth it, we felt very very safe! ”
