“Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you”

“Not a bad hotel, old and in many places it needs renovation, but this gives it some charm. The room we stayed in was large and cozy, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows absolutely need to be changed! These aren't pillows, but lumps of matted cotton wool! The refrigerator is very old and rusty, but it works. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, but the sink was clogged and the water didn't flow at all. The pool is nice, large, and the water temperature...

“The location of the property was very good, and the staff was amazing throughout our stay(5 stars) Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made the experience much better. A couple of areas could be improved though — the pool could use more umbrellas for shade, and our room had a weird plumbing smell. Overall, the excellent staff and great location were the highlights”

“Rooms were not very clean and the AC never got below 70 at night and the staff said that was normal and the AC won’t get any colder than that.”

“It was hot when we traveled so the room a/c struggled at times. The paper products where not high quality in the room. However the location and amenities are great and the room was clean and accommodating for my stay”

“The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay.”

“For many years I travelled and stayed at Embassy Suites due to having a large family. It always worked. This particular property is in need of updating/upgrading. I would guess that has not happened in many years. The bed was fine, the sofa in the main area was rock hard. The bathroom was dimly lit and not in great condition. I recommend Embassy Suites in general, but not this one. The staff was very nice, happy hour was good. ”
