“The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city”

“Staff at times was unwilling to accommodate at times. Picked this hotel because of pool. Pool was closed for the entire week of our stay. One elevator was continuously down. Room was clean enough. No shampoo or conditioner when we first arrived. Found this out while in shower.”

“It was a quiet place near many restaurants and easy access to the freeway. The staff was friendly.”

“Staff was nice rooms weren’t finished and missing paint and holes in the wall shower sprayed out the side key card had to be replaced after first night stained sheets fridge was unplugged so we couldn’t use it until the next day overall wasn’t a good experience”

“Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms.
